EPT Champ Keeps WPT Chiplead

A few short months ago, Patrik Antonius was the winner of the Scandinavian Poker Champinoships, and the third place finisher of the European Poker Tour main event. Tuesday, at one of the most anticipated World Poker Tour events, Patrik is the chipleader for the second day running. The rest of the field at the Bellagio’s Five Diamond Classic main event are not counting themselves out, but Patrik does seem to be building a lot of momentum.
Running behind Antonius was, Darrell Dicken, with Alan Goehring, Doyle Brunson, Phil “Unabomber” Laak next in line, and Barny Boatman, Ron Kirk, Jeff Littlefield, Don Zewin and Jeff Rine rounding out the top ten.
Those not counting themselves out include Clonie Gowan, Dewey Tomko, Barry Greestein, and young gun John D’Agostino, all of whom are powerful professional poker pros.
