Multiplatform Poker Coming To Xbox Near You

If you’ve always wanted to try out the casino experience but are a little timid about the real deal, video game company Namco may just have the solution priced right for you.
Scheduled for a November, 2005 release, the multiplatform game is titled Payout Poker and Casino and is being developed by Britain-based Bits Studios. In Casino players will be able to wander the casino floor and partake in such classic games as craps, slots, blackjack, baccarat, Omaha hold’em and the ever-popular No-Limit Texas Hold’em, as well as six other casino games.
The platforms targeted are Xbox, PS2, PSP and PC. The interactive, 3D nature allows a player’s in game character to wander from game to game, and for those systems that support online play, gamers and gamblers from around the world will be able to face each other across the green felt or spinning roulette wheel.
