No PPT At Foxwoods This November

If you are a professional poker player and were fortunate enough to received a coveted initiation to play in the second season of the Professional Poker Tour this November, you may want to start unpacking your bags. With no explanation as to the reasons why, the WPT website announced recently the postponement of the season kickoff to May of next year.
The World Poker Tour is the parent organization of the PPT, and their PPT news page makes the official announcement, apologizing to any players who might be inconvenienced by the change in schedule. This will be the second season of a tournament uniquely limited to invitees only.
According to the site, details regarding “Season 2 schedule, casino venues, player lists, rules and qualification requirements will follow.”
