Online Game Company Joins PokerStars for Tournament

Over the last two years video games centered around playing poker and living the poker lifestyle have been popping up on all platforms and gaming consoles. One company that makes it their business to know what is going on in the world of video games is IGN Entertainment, host of the upcoming videogame lifestyle event, IGN Live.
An online company that knows the ins and outs of poker is PokerStars.com, online poker room and host of many a poker tournament. At the next IGN Live event, the two companies will join forces to provide poker fans a chance to face off against poker pros, as well as win a satellite seat at a 2006 World Poker Tour event.
The poker booth at IGN Live will allow players to pit themselves against Greg “Fossilman” Raymer, as well as former Star Trek “Next Gen” star Wil Weaton. The winners of the event will get a seat at the 2006 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, to be held at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas.
