Santino Sgambelluria is the second person to ever win a million dollar poker prize from an online tournament, as was made official at the Paradise Poker’s live finale recently. Santio, along with nine other players, where flown to the Bahamas to finish up an online tournament with a live final table, a fairly unique event. The United States Naval Officer, originally from Guam and currently stationed in Hawaii, played steady poker and found himself face to face with one Ryan Boyes from Atlanta, GA. When it was all over, it was Santino who was the millionaire.

The husband and father of two said he is still in shock after his big win, and even mentioned a possible start of a second career as a poker pro.

In the second ever Paradise Poker One Million Freeroll, the final table players where all that was left of the nearly four thousand participants in the freeroll.
